VITSAS BARBARA (FLOCOS) On Monday, July 20, 2015, at age 89, beloved wife of the late Louis G. Vitsas; mother of Patricia McKee, John Vitsas (Elaine), and Martha Kartsotis (Foster); proud and loving grandmother of William McKee (Erin), Elizabeth Peterson (Mark), and Alexia and Alaina Vitsas; great-grandmother of Henry Alan Peterson. "Yia Yia, we will always remember your beautiful smile and your never ending love for us." Also survived by her sister, Estelle Tender; her sister-in-law, Alice Flocos; and many nieces and nephews; predeceased by her parents, Peter and Martha (Chenggis) Flocos; and her brother, Nicholas P. Flocos. Barbara was a retired employee of McKeesport Area School District, a member of St. Nicholas Greek Orthodox Cathedral and Annunciation of the Theotokos Greek Orthodox Church. She will always be remembered for her kind and sweet disposition and her love of family and friends. Friends will be received at JOHN A. FREYVOGEL SONS, INC., 4900 Centre Avenue at Devonshire Street on Wednesday 1-4 and 6-8 p.m. with Trisagion Service at 7 p.m. and on Thursday in St. Nicholas Greek Orthodox Cathedral one hour prior to an 11 a.m. funeral service.
