AIELLO RICHARD C. “RICH” Age 65, of Hopewell Twp., passed away peacefully in his home, in the arms of his wife, and surrounded by his loving family, Friday, September 11, 2015, following a lengthy illness. Born June 1, 1950, in Pittsburgh, he was a son of the late Dr. Philip G. and Mary Helen (Geither) Aiello. Rich retired as the service director from Falconi Motors in Moon Twp., and was a WPIAL High School basketball official and college basketball official. He was Catholic by faith and was an avid Pittsburgh sports fan. Surviving are his wife of 35 years, Donna L. (Jarovich) Aiello; a brother and sister-in-law, Frank and Susan Aiello; his brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Fern Aiello, Jim and Paula Fiorucci, Michael Jarovich and family, and Sam Jarovich; his beloved nieces and nephews, Eryn Aiello, Brandt Aiello, Mark Harmon, Valerie McKee, Erin, Elijah and Olivia Jarovich; and his cherished godson, Michael Augustan Green. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Philip Aiello. Friends will be received Sunday from 1:00-5:00 p.m. in TATALOVICH FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATION SERVICES, INC., 2205 McMinn St., Aliquippa, PA 15001, where a Service will be held Monday at 10:00 a.m. Interment will follow in St. Elijah Serbian Orthodox Church Cemetery, Hopewell Twp. The family would like to thank Dr. Robert Fusco and his staff for all their loving care over the past 30 years.
