HERMAN PHYLLIS M. (SIMPRONIO) Age 91, on Friday, November 24, 2017, formerly of Sheraden. She was the beloved wife of the late Leo J. Bud Herman. She is survived by her stepdaughter, Sherry Billings; granddaughter, Sharon Presutti-Krasovich; and her sister, Clara Swartz of CA.
