KOLAR FRANCES EVELYN Age 96, of Coraopolis since 1999, and previously of Sewickley, passed away Friday, Nov. 24, 2017, at the Good Samaritan Hospice. Evelyn, as she was called, was born in Pittsburgh, March 30, 1921, to the late Elsie Fitch and William Atkinson. She was a member of Providence Presbyterian Church. Evelyn is survived by a daughter, Judith (James) Stuart, of Coraopolis; three grandchildren, James (Tina) Stuart, Jeffrey (Amy) Stuart, Jason Stuart; seven great-grandchildren, Jamie (John) Dodd, John (Lea) Stuart, Jared, Jillian, Carson, Braeden, and Ryan Stuart. Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her husband, John Martin Kolar, on August of 1978; and a brother, Raymond Atkinson. Family will receive friends Tues. 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. at the COPELAND CORAOPOLIS FUNERAL HOME, 867 Fifth Ave. Service will be on Wed. at 10 a.m. (Everyone meet at the Church) in the Providence Presbyterian Church, 77 Phillips Lane, Robinson Twp. A luncheon will follow the Service followed by Burial in Oak Park Cemetery, New Castle. In lieu of flowers, contributions in her name to Robinson Twp. Christian School will be appreciated.
