KUBASAK LILLIAN R. Age 104, of West Mifflin, on September 20, 2015. She was born May 28, 1911, in Scranton, PA. Daughter of the late Vincent and Anna (Butkus) Rashinsky; wife of the late Louis E. Kubasak; mother of Lana Andrews; grandmother of John Philip Jack (Sandra) Andrews, Jr., also Lisa (Mark) Lechowicz; also seven great-grandchildren. There will be no visitation. Friends are invited to her Mass of Christian Burial on Wednesday, September 23, 2015, at 10 a.m. at Holy Name Church of Christ the Light of the World Parish, Duquesne, Rev. Thomas Dansak Celebrant.
