WAKELING JOSEPH A., Jr. Age 80 of Moon Twp., PA, passed away Saturday, October 10, 2015, while staying with his son in North Carolina. He was born in Pittsburgh, PA, July 2, 1935, to the late Elizabeth and Joseph A. Wakeling, Sr. Joe was employed as a Manager with the Allegheny County Health Department, a member of St. Margaret Mary Church and was an avid reader. He was predeceased by his loving wife of 49 years, Geraldine Emery Wakeling on Jan. 22, 2010. Surviving him are three children, Laurie (Lauren) Wakeling of Southern CA, Joseph (Jane) Wakeling, New Castle, PA and Randy (Colleen) Wakeling, Clemmons, NC; six grandchildren, AJ, Taylor, Josh, Breanna, Alex and Emme-Noelle; also two sisters survive, Barbara E. Baker, NC and Elizabeth Beyers, Pittsburgh, PA. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Saturday at 9:30 a.m. at St. Margaret Mary Church, 1 Parish Place, Moon Twp., PA 15108. Everyone please meet at the Church. Entombment will follow in Calvary Cemetery, Pittsburgh with full Military Honors. Arrangements by COPELAND MOON TWP. FUNERAL HOME.
