GRUBB CAROL Age 79 of North Huntingdon on Tuesday May 29, 2018 in the Golden Heights, Irwin. Born May 3, 1939 in Pittsburgh a daughter of the late George and Mildred (Mooney) Mason. Prior to her retirement, Carol was employed as a registered nurse specializing in Behavior Health at the Forbes Regional Hospital; she was a member of the St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Church of North Huntingdon and its confraternity of Christian Mothers, also active in the R.C.I.A. program and a member of the West Penn Nursing Alumni. She was a graduate of Turtle Creek High School in 1957 and continued her education at West Penn School of Nursing where she graduated. She was a member of the Penns Woods Civic Association. Carol volunteered for Medi Home Hospice and also for Redstone Highlands of North Huntingdon. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, David R. Grubb. Loving mother to Amy G.(Mark) Sailor of Harrison City; sister to, Gail(Larry) Bacco, of North Versailles, Jean (Jack) Carozza of Harrison City, Lois (Rich) Tabis, of Sharpsville and several nieces and nephews and great nieces and great nephews; and her pet dog Bella. Friends will be received 6 to 8 p.m. Thurs. and 2 to 4 & 6 to 8 p.m. Fri. at the OTT FUNERAL HOME INC. 805 Pennsylvania Avenue Irwin. Parting prayers will be held 9:00 a.m. Saturday in the funeral home followed by a 9:30 a.m. Mass of Christina Burial celebrated in the St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Church.
