ROVERS VICKI LYNN GONZE Age 65, died Friday, October 9, 2015, at Camp Lejeune Naval Hospital. She was born May 23, 1950, in Washington County, PA, daughter of the late Charles Douglas and Blanche June Chabassol Gonze. A Memorial Service will be held Sunday, October 25, 2015, at 4:00 p.m. at Hillside Christian Church, 1050 Campbells Run Rd., Carnegie, PA, with (ret.) Rev. David Morgan, officiating. The family will receive friends following the Service at the church. Vicki was a giving and loving person, even in death she was an eye donor and also a full donation to Duke University Medical School. Vicki was a class of 1967 graduate of Montour High school in McKees Rocks, PA, and a member of Oak Grove UMC in Hubert and certified lay servant in the UMC. She was a nurse who served as a private duty nurse for many years. She is survived by her husband of 25 years, Dave Rovers, of the home; sister, Patty Gonze Morrow (Dean) of Eighty Four, PA; brother, Douglas Gonze (Barbara) of Holland, PA; and nephew, Christian Gonze (Leslie) of Lemoyne, PA.
