Survived by the mother of his children, Diane Poole; father of Josh, Summer, David III and Autumn Poole; son of Marlene (stepfather, Steven) Chioda and David (Mary) Poole, Sr.; brother of Tina (Charles) Ernst, Amanda and Tiffany Chioda.
