ALEX WILLIAM H. Age 85, of Kennedy Twp., passed away peacefully surrounded by family on November 12, 2015. Survived by his wife, Verna, the love of his life for over 61 years. Loving father of David (Andrea) Alex, Lisa (Terrance) Love, Lorrie (David) Spencer and Leslie (Robert) Leise; dear pap pap of Lacey and Taylor Love, Emily, Amanda and Kyle Spencer and Martha and Alexandra Leise. He served in the Navy on the USS Coral Sea. He retired from United Air Lines in 1991 after 37 years of service. He enjoyed spending Monday nights with his tennis buddies for over 30 years. He also enjoyed golfing with family and friends. He was talented at playing many musical instruments, especially the banjo and ukulele. He acted as a conductor of his grandkids' parades. During his retirement, he and Verna enjoyed spending winters as snowbirds in New Smyrna Beach, FL. His gentle soul will be greatly missed.
