Beloved wife of the late Vincent J.; loving mother of Joseph (Amy) Fastuca of South Park and Anthony J. Fastuca of Chicago, IL; cherished grandmother of Nicholas (Melissa), Amanda and Alexandra; sister of Gerald Caruso, Rose Markusic, Anthony Caruso. Preceded in death by six brothers and sisters.
