Rose Marie was born in Altoona, PA and was the daughter of the late Frederick and Frances Stoehr Mullen; sister of Mary Catherine Majestic and the late James Mullen and Eleanor France; also survived by cousin, Rita Fornwalt of Altoona; she is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
