KOOSER JEFFREY J. Of Wilkins Twp., age 67, on Sunday, December 13, 2015. Jeff was preceded in death by his parents, Dr. Robert and Mildred Kooser. Beloved brother of Dr. Robert (Dorothy) Kooser, DMD and Dianne (late Fred) Heidingsfelder; loving and proud uncle of William (Sue) Kooser, Kelley (Jason) Muir, Julie (Steve) Polites, Ellie and Lauren Heidingsfelder; granduncle of Rob and Zack Kooser, Olivia and Jacob Muir. Jeff was a retired warehouse manager for Genco in Aspinwall and he was a member of the Wilkins Elks, Lodge #577. Jeff had been the caregiver for his dad, Dr. Robert Kooser for many years. Jeff had an infectious, joyful spirit, a great sense of humor and was a kind and generous soul. Jeff was a dependable friend and family member and enjoyed making anyone laugh.
