MIEHL JOHN W. On Saturday, December 19, 2015, John W. Miehl, age 96, of Bethel Park. Beloved husband of the late Clara E. (Turner) and Veronica Weber; father of John R. (Kathryn) Miehl; grandfather of Heather Glowacki and John J. Miehl; step-grandfather of John Englert and James Englert; brother of the late Anna Marie Slape, Philip, Jerome and Regis Miehl; also survived by seven great- grandchildren, nieces and nephews. John was a devoted husband, father, grandfather and brother. He loved the church and was an altar server from his childhood well into his eighties. In his later years, he loved to travel and go ballroom dancing. He was the manager of Village and Princess Lanes in Caste Village for many years and was an active member of St. Francis of Assisi Church, Finleyville. The family would like to thank the staff and volunteers of Prime Time Adult Care, Mt. Vernon of South Park and Manor Care of Bethel Park for helping to maintain John's quality of life and for providing him with the best care.
