DAVID R. TWIGGER Age 68, of Monroeville, passed away on Saturday, April 4, 2020. He was the son of the late Gilbert J. and Pearl Twigger. Beloved longtime companion of Sarah Sally Becker; brother of James G. Twigger (Eileen) and Carey J. Twigger (the late Shirley); also survived by nieces and nephews. David was a manager at Pizza Hut in Irwin for 25 years and was an avid golfer. Due to the pandemic, a memorial service will be held at a later date.
