ARLINE C. (CLARK) PEOPLES Age 83, peacefully after a brief illness, on Wednesday, April 8, 2020, of Baldwin Boro, formerly of Hazelwood. Beloved wife of the late Paul W. Peoples; loving mother of Paul W., Jr.; daughter of the late Walter and Catherine Clark; sister of the late Walter Clark, Donald Welch and Janet Janzer. Also survived by nieces and nephews. Visitation and services were held privately. A memorial service will be held at a future date.
