SCHLIEPER WILLIAM J. Age 85, of Shaler Twp., on Saturday, January 2, 2016. Husband of the late Marie (Yardis) Schlieper; loving father of William D. (Debra), Paul M. (Chris), Richard J. (Amy) and the late Steven N. and Susan Sykes; dear grandfather of April (Brian), Katelyn (Alex), Molly (Jim), Thomas (Charlotte), Adam, Matt (Jenna), Ryan, Lauren (Gabriel), Alyson, Paul and the late B.J.; dear great-grandfather of Caroline, Ellie, Maddie, Jimmy, Veralyn and Johanna; brother of James (Shirley) and the late John (Lois); also survived by many nieces and nephews. He was a lifelong member of St. Sebastian Church and was a pressman for the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette for 45 years. Friends will be received Monday 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at the BOCK FUNERAL HOME, LTD., 1500 Mt. Royal Blvd., Glenshaw.
