MARTO RAYMOND T. On Monday, January 11, 2016, Raymond T. Marto, 78, of Pitcairn. He was the beloved husband of Evelyn (Hammer) Marto for 55 years; father of Deborah Marto of Pitcairn and Scott (the late Holly) Marta of Hummelstown, PA; grandfather of Brandon, Andrew, Alyssa, Sydney and Madison; great-grandfather of Andrea, Drew, Scotty and Tori Marto; brother of Richard (Charlene) Marto; and uncle to Kim Marto and Jarrod (Marjorie) Marto. Ray worked at Thorofare Markets, retired from Cameron Coca Cola and then drove school bus for Laidlaw. Ray served 12 years in the PA Air Force National Guard at the Pittsburgh Airport. For fun stuff in his younger years, Ray worked with the Boy Scouts and coached Little League. Ray was a loving husband, faithful father, wonderful grandfather, super great-grandfather and jovial brother. Ray will always be loved and sadly missed by his family and friends. Friends will be received Wednesday from 6-8 p.m. and Thursday from 1-4 and 6-8 p.m. at the WM. O. PEARCE FUNERAL HOME, INC., 318 Wall Avenue, Pitcairn, where services will be held on Friday at 11 a.m. In lieu of flowers, remembrances may be made to your choice of charity or Interim Hospice, 1789 S.
