PETITTO MARY ANNE (BONDI) Age 80, of Oakmont, died January 11, 2016, with her devoted husband by her side, at Allegheny Health Network Healthcare @ Home, Hospice Unit, Pittsburgh. Born May 5, 1935, in Carrick to the late Joseph J. and Sylvia (Ruggiero) Bondi. She was a 1953 graduate of St. Basil High School and a member of St. Irenaeus Parish, Oakmont. Mary Anne had worked for the Oakland VA for five years as a Dental Secretary and was the Office Manager for the William J. Petitto Dental Office in Russellton. She was a member of the 49ers, an organization of women flying. She had her aviation license and her IFR rating. She enjoyed flying and being in the pilot seat. Survivors include her beloved husband, William John Petitto, DDS whom she married July 5, 1958. Her children, Gary (Karen) Petitto of Cheswick, and Mark Petitto at home; three grandchildren, Angela and Melissa Petitto of Cheswick and Johnathan Petitto of Ohio; brother, Joseph (Rose) Bondi of Philadelphia; and two sisters-in-law, Mary and Josephine Petitto both of Dunmore. Keeping with Mary Anne's request there will be no public viewing. All are welcome to attend her Christian Funeral Mass Friday, January 15, 2016, at 1:30 p.m. in St. Irenaeus Parish, 387 Maryland Avenue, Oakmont, PA 15139. Arrangements were entrusted to the SIWICKI - YANICKO FUNERAL HOME, 23 McKrell Road, Russellton, West Deer Township. Her burial will be private.
