LANDIS DANA LYNN Died peacefully at her home in Wexford, PA, surrounded by her family on January 17, 2016. Dana was born in Altoona, PA to C. Wallace and Shirley Stump. Dana and her husband, Dave, had been together for 48 years and married for 38. A 1970 graduate of Altoona High School, Dana received her bachelor's degree in Art History from the Pennsylvania State University. Dana's career spanned the U.S. EPA, PA Unemployment office, craftsman for a custom cabinetry shop, and sales associate at the Home Depot. A lifelong maker, Dana improved every space she entered, from our homes filled with her handmade decorations and hand-painted furniture, to our lives, which were graced by her creativity and spirit. A 17-year cancer survivor, Dana is survived by her husband, Dave; daughters, Sara and Emily; siblings, Curtis Stump and Linda Mangan; and her mother, Shirley Stump. Friends will be received from 1-4 p.m. Saturday, January 23, 2016, followed by a celebration of life service at 4 p.m. at GEORGE A. THOMA FUNERAL HOME, INC., 10418 Perry Hwy., Wexford.
