TENER SANDRA LOIS (SHIMKO) Age 69, of South Carolina and formerly of West Mifflin, was called to rest on Wednesday, January 20, 2016. She was the beloved wife for 48 years of Jack Tener; loving mother of Carmen Tener, Julie Mazzella and her husband, Nick; cherished Grammy of Ryan Mazzella, who was her sunshine; Sis of Jack and Donna Shimko, the late Jim and Angela Shimko, and Ron and Carol Shimko; sister-in-law of the late Will and Dennie Tener; adored aunt to nieces and nephews and their families; dear friend to many including her Castle Drive neighbors. She enjoyed reading, playing golf and especially spending time with family and friends. Sandy will be remembered by all for her abundant kindness and generous heart. Funeral service will be 1 p.m. Monday, January 25, 2016, at St. Matthew Catholic Church, Charlotte.
