KNOLL DOLORES ELLA Peacefully passed away on Tuesday, January 19, 2016, Dolores Ella, age 90, of Crafton Heights, formerly of McKees Rocks. Beloved daughter of the late Alfred and Wilhelmina "Minnie" Knoll; preceded in death by her brothers, Alfred F. (late Patricia) Knoll and Charles A. "Chubby" (late PA Lt. Governor Catherine Baker) Knoll; loving aunt of Charles A. Knoll, Jr., Mina Baker Knoll, Albert Baker Knoll, Dr. Kim Eric (Judy) Knoll, Alfred F. Knoll, Jr., Charles Whitney Knoll, Kristin Knoll, Dr. Phyllis C. Lee and Amy Ella Lee and the late John Knoll; great-aunt of Tyler, Chase, Chloe, Victoria and Charlie Knoll and Sean Lee and the late Christian Knoll. She played an important role in all of their lives. Dee was a graduate of Chatham College. She worked as an Administrative Assistant for Allis-Chalmers, U. S. Steel and Western Psychiatric Institute of the University of Pittsburgh. She was a member of Crafton Business and Professional Women's Club, enjoyed gardening, golf and playing cards and was an avid dog lover. Dee was a member of Good Shepherd Lutheran Church in McKees Rocks where she taught Sunday school for many years. A Memorial Service will be held at HERSHBERGER - STOVER, INC. FUNERAL HOME, 170 Noble Ave., Crafton, PA 15205 on Saturday, January 30, 2016, at 11 a.m. Friends received 30 minutes prior to the time of the service.
