(Donna) Nepsa; grandfather of Michael and Samantha Nepsa; brother of Nancy Jeffries; brother-in-law of Dan Kelly; also survived by nieces and nephews. He was a USMC veteran having served in the Korean War and retired from the Union Railroad.
