Beloved husband of Deborah Lowe ; father of Burton Byrd, Ralph (Kelli) Lowe, Jr., Diana Lowe and Amber Lowe; brother of John Lowe of California, Stanley Lowe and Mary (Howard) Perdue of Pittsburgh; also survived by 13 grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.
