Beloved father of Robert Rob Kelly (the late Wendy Warren Kelly), Kimberly (Christopher) Maier, Anthony D. Tony Kelly and the late David Kelly; grandfather of Brianna, David, Anthony and Brandy Lynn Kelly; brother of Janice (Charles) Inks, Larry (Nancy) Kelly, Diane (Richard) Alberts and the late Edward Kelly; also survived by nieces and nephews.
