CONRAD LEE ANN Age 48, of Sewickley, PA, died Saturday, August 15, 2015, at Allegheny General Hospital. She was born February 26, 1967, in McKeesport, the daughter of Lindley H. and Ruth Krise Conrad of White Oak. In addition to her parents, she is survived by her brother, Lindley H. Conrad, Jr. of White Oak; niece and nephew, Amanda and Lindley E. Conrad; uncles, Eugene (Jan) Krise, Vincent L. (Andrea) Krise, Kevin R. Krise; aunts, Kathleen Krise (Jim) Shaulis, Patricia Krise (Wallace) Burket; and many cousins. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Eugene O. and Cora M. Obley Conrad. She was a resident at the Verland Foundation in Sewickley for 32 years and a member of Sampson's Mill Presbyterian Church in White Oak. Friends will be received on Tuesday and Wednesday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. at the JAYCOX - JAWORSKI FUNERAL HOME, INC., 2703 O'Neil Boulevard, McKeesport, PA 15132. Funeral Services will be held on Thursday at 10 a.m. in the chapel of the funeral home. Interment will follow in West Newton Cemetery.
