WADDINGTON WILLIAM ALOYSIUS Of Peters Twp., age 82, peacefully on Sunday, August 9, 2015, at his home. Beloved husband of 62 years to Joan (Diviny) Waddington; loving father of William A. (Katherine) Waddington, Gail Marie Waddington, Joanne W. (James) Kyriacopoulos, Gregory J. (Beti) Waddington and Thomas A. (Rachel) Waddington; loving grandfather of Justin (Colleen) Waddington, Matthew (Amy) Waddington, Brendan Waddington, Alexandra Kyriacopoulos, John Kyriacopoulos, Jonathan Waddington, Michael Waddington, Madison Waddington, Josiah (Tara) Atkins, Susanna (Austin) Miller, Rosalynn Atkins, Caroline Atkins, Elaina Atkins, Samuel Waddington and Noelle Waddington; loving great-grandfather of Emily Waddington and Taylor Waddington; and loving brother of James Waddington (Dorothy), Margaret Polinsky (Edward) and Robert Waddington. Mr. Waddington served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War where he attended Signal School and served as a cryptographer. He also was a graduate of the Drexel Institute of Technology and was employed by RCA and through mergers and acquisitions retired from Lockheed Martin where he established, led and served as Director of Proposal Operations. William was a member of Westminster Presbyterian Church and a former member of the Trinity Church in Moorestown, NJ where he faithfully served and volunteered to manage various church operations. William was an avid golfer and joined leagues in Moorestown, NJ and Mt. Lebanon, PA, and he was a longtime member and champion speaker of Toastmasters International. Funeral arrangements by BEINHAUERS. 724-941-3211. A Memorial Service will be held at Westminster Presbyterian Church, 2040 Washington Road, Upper St. Clair on Saturday, September 5, 2015, at 11:00 a.m. Inurnment will be private.
