HART JAMES ALLEN Age 72, of Burgettstown Area of North side of Pittsburgh, passed away on July 3, 2015. Beloved husband of 45 years to Carolyn Starcher-Hart; loving father of James E. Hart and Trudy Miske; proud grandfather of Alexis Hart, Cody Browning and Hanna Miske. James was a Vietnam veteran and retired Union Electrician. In his later years he enjoyed traveling the U.S. and seeing the sights. Now in heaven may he look down and see the entire world. You are deeply missed, we love you. Arrangements entrusted to JOHN N.
