MARIANI FILIPPO P. Age 94, formerly of Braddock, on Thursday, August 27, 2015, Filippo P. Mariani, passed quietly into life eternal. He was born on March 27, 1921, in Sant'Angelo del Pesco, Italy to Guiseppe and Nicoletta DiLucente Mariani. He was the husband of the late Maria (Mariani) Mariani. He is survived by his devoted daughters, Anna (John Bo) Belinsky of North Braddock, Josie (Clyde) Teer of Las Vegas, and Linda (John) Iovito of Ross Township; and five loving grandchildren, Lea (Greg) Brown, Phillip Belinsky, Breanna Dickson, Johnny (fiancée Chelsey McDonald) and Dominic Iovito; and three great-grandchildren; and nieces and nephews. Filippo was a master bricklayer who immigrated to the USA when he was 35. Calling hours with the family will be on Sunday, August 30, 2015, from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. in the SCHLEIFER FUNERAL CHAPEL, Inc., (412-271-1361), 534 Jones Avenue, North Braddock, PA. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday, August 31, 2015, in the Sacred Heart of Jesus Church of Good Shepherd Parish. Entombment will follow in All Saints Cemetery, Braddock Hills.
