McNELLIS GERALD JERRY Age 71, of Canonsburg (formerly of Beaver Falls, PA), passed away on August 12, 2015. He was the beloved husband of Phyllis Wichmann-McNellis; and loving father of Patrick (Stephanie), Lisa (Michael), Mark (Lesley), Shannon (Rick), Timothy (Marie Vang), and David (Jennifer), Kate Wichmann (John Lloyd) and Brian (Kristin) Wichmann; proud grandpa to 14 grandchildren. Jerry was survived by three brothers and sisters-in-law; multiple nieces, nephew and cousins. Jerry was the former President of the Beaver County Chamber of Commerce and then went on to found the Compression Planning Institute in 1978. A Memorial Service is planned for Sept. 5, 2015, at 9:30 a.m. at St. Benedict the Abbot Church in McMurray, PA, with a lunch reception following at the Hilton Garden Inn-Southpointe in Canonsburg, PA. Memorial contributions may be made to the Franciscan Sisters of Little Falls, 116 8th Ave. SE, Little Falls, MN 56345 or to the Joe Forrester Scholarship Fund, Community College of Beaver County, 1 Campus Drive, Monaca, PA 15061.
