JOURDAN CLARA JEAN Age 70, of Washington, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, July 28, 2015. She was born on November 12, 1944, in Pittsburgh. She was the beloved mother of Scott, Mike and Lisa; cherished grandmother of Jordan, Tayler, Haylee, Carrigan, Amelia and Makenzie; dear sister of Linda; also survived by many nieces and nephews.
