BRINEY ALLAN KING, MD, FACR Born in Wilkinsburg, PA, Nov. 17, 1921, died June 15, 2015, peacefully at home. Attended University of Pittsburgh, BS summa cum laude 1943 and MD 1945. Fellowship in Radiology at University of PA 1948-51. Private practice in Whittier, CA. Chairman of Radiology at PIH 18 years and Chief of Staff in 1979. Retired in 1996. Fellow of American College of Radiology. President of LA Medical Association in 1969 and on Board of Trustees 17 years. Co-founder and Chairman of SCPIE. Expert snow skier and sailor. Enjoyed hiking, fishing, ham radio, classical music, and world traveling. He leaves his wife, four children, five grandchildren, and four great- grandchildren. Send condolences post-gazette.com/gb
