CARULLI RACHEL LEAH Age 41, of Elizabeth Township, passed away Wednesday, February 17, 2016, at home. She was born March 25, 1974, in McKeesport. She is survived by her loving parents, Richard T. Carulli, Sr. and Mary Arabia Carulli; sister, Renée (Shawn) Ank; and brother, Richard T. (Jannette) Carulli, Jr., of Elizabeth Township; nephew, Matthew Ank; nieces, Sarah Ank, Addison Carulli, and Danniella Carulli; an uncle, aunts, and many cousins. Rachel was an avid Guns N' Roses fan. Friends are welcome from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Sunday, February 21, 2016, at the GILBERT FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATORY, INC., 6028 Smithfield Street, Boston, Elizabeth Township. Service will be held in the funeral home chapel on Monday, February 22, 2016, at 10:00 a.m., with The Rev. Thomas Wagner, officiating.
