DEITT ROSE MARIE (GEORGE) Age 81, of Murrysville, passed away peacefully Monday, April 15, 2019, in Walden's View Senior Living, North Huntingdon. She was born July 22, 1937, in St. Mary's, WV, a daughter of the late Nelson and Glenola (Smith) George. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers, Dale, Bob and Larry; and sister Eve. Rose Marie was a loving mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend. She loved spending time with her family, bird-watching and enjoying nature while porch-sitting. Rose Marie will be sadly missed by her son, Mark Deitt and his wife, Johnetta, of Apollo; daughter, Jennifer Coulter, of Irwin; sisters, Carol McHenry and Jo Ann Hartley (Art), all of the Pittsburgh area; and numerous nieces and nephews. TICICH JOHN S. Age 80, of Moon Township, beloved husband, father, brother, grandpa, diado and friend, passed away on Saturday, April 20, ,2019. He was a man of quiet, gentle strength, deep humility, great faith and a warm caring soul. John was born October 9, 1938 in Weirton, WV. A son of the late Samuel and Pearl Ticich. After the family moved to Cleveland, he graduated from East High School and joined the U S Army. John earned a Bachelor's Degree in accounting from Kent State University and it was there that he met his wife of 53 years, Margie. He was employed by PPG Industries and moved his family to Pittsburgh, twice, Salisbury, NC, and Puerto La Cruz, Venezuela. John's great joy was tennis which he played until stricken with Parkinson's Disease. John was a man who didn't need much to be happy. He enjoyed their condo in Myrtle Beach, S.C., being with family and spending time with the grandchildren. His legacy of love will live on in all of us. John is survived by his wife, Margie; his children, Maureen (Jeff), Melanie (Phil) and Michelle (Paul); his brother, Dr. Steve (Lori) Ticich, brother-in-law, Edwin (Debra); his grandchildren, Sonise, Ani, Gregory, Chalinda, Evan, Aaron, Neissa, Vanessa, J.T., Phillip and Morgan. CURRY WILLIAM A., JR. Of Penn Hills, passed away quietly on April 20, 2019. He was 92 years old. Bill was preceded in death by his parents, William A. and Amelia (Day); fraternal twin brother, Robert; sister, Kathleen; and brother, Richard. Bill was a World War II veteran and joined the Rockets Drum & Bugle Corp after discharge. In 1951, he married Florence M. Price, the love of his life. He had a successful career in the printing business. He was a gentle, witty, kind man who took pleasure in spending time with his children and grandchildren. He was a devout Catholic who lived his life guided by his faith. He is survived by his wife and their seven children, Mary (Wayne) Edwards, Susan Cuiffi, William, Linda (Michael) Ralph, Margaret (Scott) Heintzleman, Catherine (David) Burkardt and Patricia Curry (Maurice Rickard). He is lovingly remembered by 18 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren. Judy was a graduate of Duquesne University and St. Francis Hospital School of Nursing, and in her professional career as a Registered Nurse provided compassionate nursing care at St. Francis Medical Center, Central Medical, and Shadyside Hospital. She loved to cook for her family and friends and was a foodie before it became popular. She had a great love of animals, especially dogs, and adopted several over the years. She loved to travel, especially to the Smoky Mountains, and family vacations to the beach where she could enjoy the sun and surf. She was an avid reader with numerous magazine subscriptions, and was reading her way through the novels at the local library. On weekends, she enjoyed antiquing or attending local festivals and events. She faced her illness with courage and grace, and was especially appreciative of her many caregivers at Shadyside Hospital, Hillman Cancer Center, and Bridges Hospice. DRABIK RUTH A. (TRISCH) Of East Pittsburgh, age 58, fell asleep in the Lord on Monday, April 22, 2019. Born the daughter of the late William and Alberta Trisch; beloved wife of Myron Drabik for 23 years; loving mother of Melissa (Ian Mikula) Trisch of Trafford, Alecia DiMatteo of Scott Twp., and Jeremy (Talin) Drabik of Murrysville; cherished grandmother of Nadya DiMatteo, Joslyn Drabik and Luka Drabik; sister of Barbara Trisch, Bill (Lita) Trisch, Mike (Carrie) Trisch, and the late Cathy Trisch; adored aunt of John David Flaherty, Alex (Frency) Ramos, Leoniza (Darren) Merritt-Nollie, and Billy (Holly) Trisch. Ruth worked as a Computer Analyst with BNY Mellon for 33 years. She was a member of the Ladies Auxiliary for the Slavonic Social Club in Braddock. Ruth was also a member of the Sokol Hall #179 in North Braddock. She was an avid bowler, and loved spending time baking, camping, and fishing. Ruth was a life-long member of the Ss. Peter & Paul Church in Braddock. Friends welcome Wednesday from 2-8 p.m. at PATRICK T.
